PDS Overview:

All students interested in the hybrid spring law clerk program must be enrolled in a credit-bearing course under their law school's externship program and, prior to the first day of work, submit proof of Covid vaccination. 

Through "APPLY NOW," please upload a single PDF with a cover letter, resume, writing sample, and unofficial transcript or grade list and indicate in the drop-down menu which division you are interested in. At this time, we are NOT accepting applications for the Parole Division, Mental Health Division, and Trial Division, including immigration.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the program is full, or by December 9, 2022.
