Aaron Valentino, PDS's Chief Information Officer, oversees the Office of Information Technology and is responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s technology vision, strategy, and policies. He ensures the secure and effective use of technology to support the PDS mission while maintaining compliance with applicable federal regulations. 

Aaron is a technology leader with nearly two decades of experience in cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure modernization, IT governance, and operational technology management. He has led technology initiatives supporting municipalities, professional services organizations, and mission-driven institutions, with a focus on improving security, resilience, service delivery, and organizational effectiveness. His background combines hands-on technical leadership with experience in risk management, operational modernization, and aligning technology strategy with institutional mission and business needs.

He holds degrees in Finance and Economics from Susquehanna University.
